A large pharmaceutical actor took the strategic decision to move their BI platform to the SAP suite. As SAP BI experts, we ramped up both the local and the off-shore in India, bringing in ready-to use best practices and ways of working. They were so delighted with the results, they extended the original 3 month assignment over, and over again for 6+ years.
When we asked to turn around a failing SAP BW project, delivering the remaining 60% of the original scope with only 40% of the original budget, we knew we were in for quite a challenge. But that only made us more interested in raising up to the challenge. Thanks to tight but collaborative project management and minor changes in the team, we managed to stay in time, in budget.
