When we were asked to turn around a failing SAP BW project, delivering the remaining 60% of the original scope with only 40% of the original budget, we knew we were in for quite a challenge.
But that only made us more interested in raising up to the challenge.
Thanks to tight but collaborative project management and minor changes in the team, we managed to stay in time, in budget. Much to our customer’s delight, obviously.
